Energy Oasis

Come out of the summer heat to join Katrina in this class that will include both silent meditation and restorative yoga poses. All levels are welcome. Katrina will offer basic instruction of how to meditate to those who are new to the practice, while encouraging seasoned practitioners to dive more deeply into the depths of their own practice.

This class is geared for beginners and designed to introduce the key fundamentals of a yoga class. Instruction in the basic understanding of breathing and poses (asanas) will be provided with alignment, standing and seated postures emphasized. Class is FREE but registration is required.
